One of the avenues through which we’re making this difference is by proudly sponsoring Heinrich Bruiners, a seasoned Sunshine Tour Player, and wholeheartedly supporting him in the pursuit of his greatest dreams.
Heinrich hails from the charming town of Pacaltsdorp in George, South Africa. From an early age, he showcased exceptional sporting prowess and developed a deep love for the game of golf. By the time he turned 16, Heinrich had a clear vision – he aspired to become a professional golfer. His innate talent led him to represent South Africa as an amateur golfer, and he embarked on his professional career at a remarkably young age. However, in 2010, a car accident left him with a broken femur, forcing him to endure a two-year hiatus from golf and the arduous journey of learning to walk again. This period of adversity offered invaluable perspective, ultimately fuelling his triumphant return to the sport in 2013. Today, Heinrich remains a consistent presence on the Sunshine Tour, boasting remarkable talent and an unwavering work ethic.
Heinrich’s aspirations reach far beyond the horizon of the Sunshine Tour. His ultimate dream is to compete on the DP World Tour and the illustrious PGA Tour in America. At South Bound Travels, we recognise Heinrich’s potential and are committed to providing him with the platform and support he needs to attain these lofty goals.
